Toilet Overflow

This before picture illustrates a dry out that we completed before replacing the bathroom floor.  The cause of the loss was a toilet valve malfunction, causing the bathroom to flood with water.  The family had guests that they were entertaining at the time and really needed to have this problem fixed immediately.  A plumber was called to fix the toilet after we initially extracted the water and removed the flooring. He recommended that they replace the toilet and he was able to get them a new one within a couple of hours. Partnering with the plumber in this situation was key to a timely resolution!
